Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose a product, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. After ordering, we'll email you a confirmation with the order number and payment details.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. At checkout, select "I want a company invoice" and fill in your business details (name, registration code, VAT number if applicable). The invoice will be sent by email along with the order confirmation.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
If the order hasn't been shipped yet — yes, email us at info@oden.ee with the change request. Once shipped, the order can no longer be modified, but you may return any unwanted item within 14 days of delivery.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank links from Estonian and Baltic banks (LHV, Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Coop Pank, Citadele, Revolut), card payments (Visa, Mastercard), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. The payment gateway is LHV Pangalink — a trusted Estonian provider.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
Yes, all prices include Estonian VAT at 24%. For private customers, the cart price is final — nothing extra is added at checkout.
Delivery
What are the delivery options and prices?
Within Estonia: DPD parcel locker 4 €, DPD courier 10 €, local pickup (Tallinn) 0 €. To Latvia and Lithuania: DPD parcel locker 6 €, DPD courier 14 €. Orders over 50 € — free delivery within Estonia and the Baltics.
Products
Are all products in stock?
All our products are physically stocked in our Tallinn warehouse. If something is unavailable, you'll see it directly on the product page ("Out of stock"). Stock levels are updated daily.
Returns
How do I return a product?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. To arrange a return, email info@oden.ee — we'll send instructions and the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.
