Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Products purchased from the E-kodumarket.ee online store may be returned within 14 days in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.

The withdrawal period begins from the moment the customer receives the goods.

Return Conditions

The returned product must be:

• unused
• in its original packaging
• undamaged
• with all labels and accessories included

The online store reserves the right to refuse returns if the product has been used or its value has decreased.

Return Process

To return a product, please send a request to:
info@oden.ee

The request must include:

• order number
• product to be returned
• reason for return (optional)

After approval, the online store will provide further instructions for returning the product.

Return Costs

The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, except when:

• the product is defective
• or the wrong product was delivered

Refunds

Refunds will be issued without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.

The online store may delay the refund until the returned goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• perishable goods
• hygiene products if the packaging has been opened
• products that cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons

Complaints

If a product has defects, the customer must inform the online store as soon as possible, but no later than 2 months after discovering the issue.
