Delivery Methods

E-kodumarket.ee offers the following delivery options:

Within Estonia:

• warehouse pickup (by prior arrangement)
• parcel lockers: Omniva, Smartpost Itella, DPD, Venipak, Unisend
• courier delivery

Across Europe:

• courier delivery via international partners (e.g. DPD, Venipak)

The delivery method can be selected during checkout.

Warehouse Pickup

Orders can also be collected from our warehouse by prior arrangement.

Order Processing

If the product is in stock, the order will be dispatched on the same or next business day.

If the order includes pre-order items, processing time may be longer. In such cases, the order will be shipped within up to 14 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Delivery Time

After dispatch:

Within Estonia:

• parcel lockers: 1–3 business days
• courier: 1–3 business days

Across Europe:

• courier delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on destination

Delivery times may be extended during peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method and destination.

Order Pickup

Once the order arrives at a parcel locker, the customer will receive an SMS or email with a pickup code.

Please collect your order within the time specified by the delivery provider.

International Shipping Conditions

• Not all delivery methods are available in every country
• Some products may be available for delivery within Estonia only
• Delays may occur depending on logistics providers
