Products purchased from the E-kodumarket.ee online store may be returned within 14 days in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.<\/p>\n

A withdrawal request can be submitted via the form at https:\/\/e-kodumarket.ee\/en\/tagastamine<\/a> or by e-mail to info@e-kodumarket.ee<\/a>.<\/p>\n Return costs are borne by the seller. After we confirm your request, we will send you a prepaid return label within 5 working days.<\/p>\n The goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the return label. A delay on our side in sending the label is not counted as the buyer’s delay.<\/p>\n If the buyer returns the goods without waiting for our label, we reimburse the postage against a receipt, up to the usual cost of shipping.<\/p>\n The returned goods must be in their original packaging and must not be used, damaged or soiled.<\/p>\n We refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request, to the same payment method you used for the purchase. We also refund the delivery cost you paid; if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard one, we refund the cost of the standard method.
