{"id":1602,"date":"2026-04-25T17:02:36","date_gmt":"2026-04-25T17:02:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/e-kodumarket.ee\/en\/tagastus\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T12:48:15","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T12:48:15","slug":"tagastus","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/e-kodumarket.ee\/en\/tagastus\/","title":{"rendered":"Right of Withdrawal and Returns"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Products purchased from the E-kodumarket.ee online store may be returned within 14 days in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.<\/p>\n<p>The withdrawal period begins from the moment the customer receives the goods.<\/p>\n<h2>Return Conditions<\/h2>\n<p>The returned product must be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>unused<\/li>\n<li>in its original packaging<\/li>\n<li>undamaged<\/li>\n<li>with all labels and accessories included<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The online store reserves the right to refuse returns if the product has been used or its value has decreased.<\/p>\n<h2>Return Process<\/h2>\n<p>To return a product, please send a request to:<br \/><strong><a href=\"mailto:info@oden.ee\">info@oden.ee<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The request must include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>order number<\/li>\n<li>product to be returned<\/li>\n<li>reason for return (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After approval, the online store will provide further instructions for returning the product.<\/p>\n<h2>Return Costs<\/h2>\n<p>The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, except when:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the product is defective<\/li>\n<li>or the wrong product was delivered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>Refunds will be issued without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.<\/p>\n<p>The online store may delay the refund until the returned goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.<\/p>\n<h2>Exceptions<\/h2>\n<p>The right of withdrawal does not apply to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>perishable goods<\/li>\n<li>hygiene products if the packaging has been opened<\/li>\n<li>products that cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Complaints<\/h2>\n<p>If a product has defects, the customer must inform the online store as soon as possible, but no later than 2 months after discovering the issue.<\/p>\n<p>Complaints can be sent to:<br \/><strong><a href=\"mailto:info@oden.ee\">info@oden.ee<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>14 p\u00e4eva tagastus\u00f5igus avamata pakendiga toodetele.
